We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Qa And Qc Inspector
to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for luxury villa construction projects.
The successful candidate will ensure that all civil, architectural, and finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
QA/QC Inspectors typically conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, review materials, maintain quality documentation, and raise non-conformance reports when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of civil, architectural, and finishing works at all stages of villa construction.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure compliance with approved submittals.
- Monitor concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, joinery, and finishing activities.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure workmanship meets project quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in internal quality audits and project handover inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years of QA/QC inspection experience
- , with at least
- 3 years on villa or residential building projects
- .
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements.
Preferred
- UAE/GCC villa construction experience.
- ISO 9001 or relevant QA/QC certification.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
