- Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals
- Monitor construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with QA/QC procedures
- Identify non conformities and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and inspection documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality standards are achieved
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry
- Mandatory experience in luxury villa/residential projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection requests, material inspections, and relevant construction standards
