yWe are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for luxury villa construction projects.
The successful candidate will ensure that all construction works are executed in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and client requirements
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esImplement and maintain the Project Quality Management Syste
- m.Review project specifications, method statements, ITPs, and material submittal
- s.Conduct inspections of civil, architectural, and finishing works for villa project
- s.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams regarding quality-related matter
- s.Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensure timely approval
- s.Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved quality standard
- s.Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective action
- s.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documentatio
- n.Coordinate material inspections and ensure compliance with approved submittal
- s.Participate in project handover inspections and snagging activitie
- s.Support internal and external quality audit

- m 5 years of QA/QC experien

- s.Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, specifications, and inspection procedure

- n.Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- s.UAE/GCC experience preferre
