Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate internal processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Identify process gaps, non compliance issues, operational risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare quality reports, audit findings, corrective action plans, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely closure of quality observations and corrective actions.
- Support in developing, reviewing, and updating SOPs, workflows, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Ensure records and documents are maintained accurately and in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in customer/client satisfaction monitoring and service quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in quality assurance or related field.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Language: Arabic and English.
- UAE National (Emiratization program).
