- Organize Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) according to supplier criticality
- Support the SVP Procurement Category Management on end to end procurement process on large procurement requests
- Develop connections with key stakeholders
Requirements
- University graduate (Bachelors) preferably with a Major related field of study
- Professional accreditation related to the function is an asset
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in procurement and 5 years as a Category Manager
- Extensive knowledge of per designated category is required
- Experience in Financial Services or an adjacent sector is a plus

Job Summary
- The incumbent will optimize the overall procurement performance of his/her respective category.
- This includes structuring and deploying category management practices, setting up strong vendor management, organizing Supplier Relationship Management, supporting the SVP on end to end procurement, and developing connections with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Implements KPI’s and best practices for the AVP role.
- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency.
- Assist internal customers in all their procurement requests/activities.
- Structure and deploy category management practices on his/her respective category.
- Set up strong vendor management from vendor market analysis to vendor administrative database maintenance and link with TPRM.
- Organize Supplier Relationship Management on his/her category.
- Support across the end to end procurement process on large procurement requests.
- Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units.
- Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
- Provide input to T&C team on procurement best practices.
- Support the tasks and knowledge of wider Procurement team.
- Continuous Improvement: lead improvement initiatives, encourage innovative ideas.
Education and Experience Requirements
- University graduate (Bachelors) preferably with a Major related field of study
