- Perform daily reconciliation for assigned Nostro & QATCH Accounts
- Identify and resolve outstanding reconciliation items timely
- Generate and analyze Balances report for all accounts on a daily basis for Treasury Ops and Dealing room
- Report any doubtful/fictitious transactions as per laid procedures
- Implement KPIs and best practices for Associate Reconciliation & Account Investigation role
- Prepare required reports as per agreed KPI & KRI and share with concerned areas
- Support International Branches and Subsidiaries
Requirements
- Bachelor degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology
- Possess understanding of Banking Operations, Accounting, control and reconciliation tools, techniques and methods

Job Purpose Summary
- Perform accurate and timely Account reconciliation of Nostro within QNB Group including governance over international branches and subsidiaries.
- Ensure all outstanding/unreconciled items are communicated and cleared timely after proper investigation.
- Generate and analyse Balances report for all accounts on a daily basis for Treasury Ops and Dealing room.
- Report any doubtful/fictitious transactions as per laid procedures.
Shareholder & Financial
- Perform daily reconciliation for assigned Nostro & QATCH Accounts.
- Implement KPIs and best practices for Associate Reconciliation & Account Investigation role.
- Act within limits of delegated powers.
- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency.
Customer (Internal & External)
- Assist customers in queries on Bank’s product.
- Maintain activities in accordance with SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with related departments.
- Provide timely data to Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk.
Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory)
- Ensure existence of adequate policies/procedures.
- Timely conduction of central reconciliations.
- Verify performance of Nostro Reconciliation and Proof Reports.
- Prepare required reports as per KPI & KRI.
- Suggest modifications and identify alternate solutions.
- Prepare financial vouchers for reconciliation.
- Support International Branches and Subsidiaries.
Learning & Knowledge
- Possess understanding of Banking Operations, Accounting, control and reconciliation tools.
- Identify areas for professional development.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
