Job Overview

  • The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of QHSE management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures to ensure products and services meet established standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify non conformities, deviations, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Support the implementation of occupational health and safety programs and initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate safety training sessions and toolbox talks to promote awareness and compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize environmental impact.
  • Participate in environmental audits and inspections to assess compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
  • Support initiatives to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote environmental sustainability.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of QHSE activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, corrective actions, and training records.
  • Prepare and distribute QHSE performance reports and metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for QHSE certifications and regulatory submissions.

Position Requirements Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial environment or Constructions.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ISO 14001) preferred.
