Hiring: QA And QC Inspector – MEP (Villa Projects)
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector – MEP to join our team for ongoing villa construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings
- Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits for MEP activities
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action follow-ups
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain quality standards
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet project and regulatory requirements
- Support project handover through proper documentation and quality assurance procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as QA/QC Inspector – MEP in villa or residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, quality procedures, and inspection standards
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and international quality standards
- Excellent reporting, coordination, and communication skills
Preferred
- UAE/GCC villa construction experience
- Relevant QA/QC certifications are an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
