Overview
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure that construction, engineering, or manufacturing activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspections, quality assurance processes, documentation, testing coordination, and monitoring site activities to ensure high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, quality standards, and inspection processes.
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams regarding quality-related matters.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities and verify test results.
- Prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Participate in site audits, toolbox talks, and quality meetings.
- Identify quality issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support project handover and closeout documentation.
