- Manage and supervise landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites
- Lead maintenance teams including supervisors, gardeners, technicians, and subcontractors
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for landscape, irrigation, and related systems
- Ensure proper maintenance of softscape, hardscape, irrigation networks, water features, and outdoor facilities
- Monitor plant health, irrigation performance, pest control, and horticulture activities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to address maintenance requirements
- Prepare maintenance plans, schedules, reports, and performance updates
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and client specifications
- Manage manpower planning, equipment, tools, and material requirements
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Handle client complaints, site inspections, and service quality issues
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and emergency repair works

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee landscape maintenance operations, irrigation systems, and facility related maintenance activities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring high quality service delivery, optimizing resources, and maintaining client satisfaction across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public landscape projects.
