- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at construction sites.
- Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
- Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, permit to work systems, and safe work procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters.
- Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented and tested.
- Maintain environmental compliance and waste management practices.
- Support internal and external HSE audits.

Job Overview
