Responsibilities
- Manage all contractual aspects of landscape and civil construction projects from tender stage to final completion
- Review contracts, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and commercial terms
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements and supplier contracts
- Monitor project progress, contractual obligations, risks, and deliverables
- Manage variations, claims, extension of time (EOT), and contractual correspondence
- Prepare and submit commercial reports, cost analysis, and contract status updates
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, QS teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, UAE regulations, and client requirements
- Review payment applications, invoices, retention, and certification processes
- Support dispute resolution and maintain proper contractual documentation
- Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Requirements
- Experience in contract administration, commercial management, claims, variations, and negotiations for landscape, civil, swimming pool, and water feature projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE regulations, and client requirements
- Ability to review contracts, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and commercial terms
- Experience in preparing and submitting commercial reports, cost analysis, and contract status updates
- Strong coordination skills with project managers, estimators, QS teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
