Role Overview
Manage quality assurance and quality control processes across assigned projects.
Ensure construction works comply with specifications, standards, and client quality requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of construction quality assurance and quality control experience, including experience managing QA/QC functions.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and construction quality standards.
- Experience developing inspection and test plans and managing non-conformance processes.
- Strong understanding of KSA construction codes and international quality standards.
- KSA experience is preferred.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
Quality Management Duties
- Develop and implement project quality management plans aligned with client and contractual requirements.
- Review and approve contractor inspection and test plans, method statements, and quality procedures.
- Lead site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Manage non-conformance and corrective action processes and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee material testing and certification against approved standards.
Team and Reporting Duties
- Provide quality management training and guidance to site supervision and contractor teams.
- Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to project management and clients.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve quality-related technical issues.
- Support project close-out by ensuring quality records and certifications are complete and accurate.
- Support continuous improvement of company-wide quality management systems.
