Seeking an experienced Design Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background and extensive experience in large-scale Water EPC projects.
Work base is Al Kharj, with joining listed as ASAP.
Candidate Requirements
- Civil Engineering background.
- 20+ years of experience.
- Design Manager experience on large-scale Water EPC projects.
- Water and wastewater infrastructure experience, specifically not building projects.
- Experience with transmission pipelines, water or wastewater networks, pumping stations, and/or treatment plants.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Fluent or native English speaker.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams.
- Manage design consultants and project stakeholders.
- Manage design scopes, schedules, and Design Responsibility Matrices.
- Manage design change control and constructability reviews.
- Prepare Design Management Plans and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate construction tender packages and design activities.
- Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Consultant, and Client teams.
- Support ongoing and tender projects.
