Role Overview
Senior Manager role responsible for governance and coordinated management of major incidents.
The role spans multiple business verticals and vendors.
The position aims to ensure effective incident response, rapid service continuity restoration, and robust post-incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own governance of the major incident lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, and coordinated response.
- Orchestrate resolution activities through closure.
- Ensure service continuity is restored rapidly.
- Lead post-incident problem management and root cause analysis for recurring major incidents.
- Identify and address recurring issues.
Requirements
- Experience leading major incident governance and coordinated response across multiple verticals and vendors.
- Ability to manage incidents through resolution and closure while restoring service continuity rapidly.
- Ability to lead post-incident problem management and root cause analysis.
