Job Vacancy – QA/QC Manager | DWC Airport – Working Piles
We are currently seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team for the DWC Airport – Working Piles Project, Dubai, UAE.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be currently based in the UAE
- Hold a valid UAE residence/employment visa
- Have proven QA/QC management experience in bored piling and foundation works
- Have strong practical knowledge of working piles, test piles, reinforcement cages, concreting, pile testing, inspection procedures, and quality documentation
- Be experienced in preparing and controlling ITPs, Method Statements, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, inspection records, test reports, pile records, and handover documentation
- Be capable of managing the project QA/QC team and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable standards
- Have strong coordination skills with the Main Contractor, Consultant, Client, Site Team, Laboratory, Survey Team, and Technical Department
- Have previous experience on large-scale foundation projects
- Be capable of maintaining full traceability and quality records for individual piles throughout execution and handover
