The QA/QC Executive will maintain quality standards across Facilities Management operations with a focus on MEP systems.
The role requires one to two years of UAE QA/QC experience in the Facilities Management industry.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- One to two years of UAE QA/QC experience within Facilities Management is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, maintenance operations, quality management systems, audits, and inspection procedures is required.
- ISO 9001 familiarity and experience with UAE facilities management service providers are preferred.
- Good report writing, communication, documentation, and MS Office skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and audits of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting maintenance activities.
- Monitor compliance with QA/QC procedures, client specifications, industry standards, and approved maintenance procedures.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and corrective action reports.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with operations teams.
- Participate in internal, external, and client audits.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor work quality and review maintenance documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards and FM quality systems.

- The preferred candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
