Role Overview
The Junior Procurement Executive will support procurement activities for project-based operations.
The role requires one to three years of UAE procurement experience.
Responsibilities
- Source materials and services.
- Obtain quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Deal with UAE suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain procurement records.
- Monitor orders.
- Support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- One to three years of UAE procurement experience.
- Experience in real estate, construction, property development, fit-out, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of construction and building materials.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Experience with supplier coordination and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
