Key Experience Required
- QA/QC inspection experience in
MEP works for residential/commercial buildings
.
- Experience with
water heaters, thermostats, plumbing fixtures and associated MEP installations
.
- Knowledge of
MEP material inspection and installation inspections
.
- Inspection of
electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works
as applicable.
- Experience checking installation against
approved drawings, specifications and method statements
.
- Preparation and maintenance of
Inspection Requests (IR), checklists, NCRs and quality documentation
.
- Conducting site inspections and identifying
defects, deviations and workmanship issues
.
- Coordination with
MEP contractors, consultants, site engineers and project teams
.
- Familiarity with
testing & commissioning
of MEP systems.
- Knowledge of
QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements and approved materials
.
- Experience in
snagging, de-snagging and final inspection
.
Preferred Product And System Experience
The candidate should ideally have hands-on exposure to:
- Water heaters
- Thermostats
- Pumps
- Plumbing systems
- Water supply and drainage
- Electrical connections for MEP equipment
- HVAC systems
- Sanitary fixtures
- MEP equipment installation
- Testing & commissioning
