The employer is hiring a QA/QC Engineer for a construction and contracting company in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on ensuring construction activities, materials, and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in line with project and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, ITPs, and NCRs.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on quality matters.
- Support internal, external, and third-party quality audits.
- Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in quality assurance and quality control in construction and contracting.
- Ability to ensure construction activities, materials, and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Experience conducting site inspections and coordinating material testing.
- Experience preparing and maintaining quality documentation, inspection reports, ITPs, and NCRs.
- Experience identifying quality issues and coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience supporting internal, external, and third-party quality audits.
