• Bachelor's in Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in HR Operations / payroll / compensation & benefits (C&B), ideally in construction or another operationally intensive UAE sector
• Hands-on ERP/HR systems experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and EOS calculations
