Role Overview
The employer is hiring a QA/QC Engineer for a construction and contracting company.
The role ensures construction activities, materials, and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Position and Location
- Position: QA/QC Engineer.
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- The role includes site inspections and coordination with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in line with project and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, ITPs, and NCRs.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on quality matters.
- Support internal, external, and third-party quality audits.
- Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
