The QA/QC Engineer will implement and maintain quality controls for roads, infrastructure, and utility works.
The role ensures construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, ITPs, and UAE standards.
Source Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Six to eight years of QA/QC experience in roads, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
- Strong experience in Abu Dhabi roads and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with roadworks, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure construction.
- Strong knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, IRs, NCRs, method statements, and quality plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, quality plans, ITPs, and inspection requirements.
- Inspect earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utility installations against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate MIRs, IRs, material testing, laboratory reports, and site inspections with consultants and project teams.
- Identify and manage NCRs and quality issues and ensure timely corrective-action closure.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and as-built or handover documents.
Preferred Project Experience
- Aldar or Modon project experience is highly preferred.
