- Collaborate with department leaders to forecast requirements and ensure seamless supply
- Source, evaluate, and onboard high quality suppliers meeting SLS standards
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action to protect service delivery
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimal waste
- Manage procurement budgets, conduct cost analysis, and identify efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand standards, and local regulations
- Maintain accurate purchasing records including purchase orders and contracts
- Drive process improvements through procurement systems and automation
- Lead and develop the purchasing team
- Act as liaison between suppliers, departments, and finance
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Champion sustainable sourcing practices
Requirements
- Experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in hospitality
- Strong supplier relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to forecast requirements and ensure seamless supply across all guest touchpoints.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard high quality suppliers that meet SLS standards of luxury, reliability, and consistency.
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action where needed to protect service delivery and brand integrity.
- Oversee inventory management across departments, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimal waste, and operational readiness.
- Manage procurement budgets, conduct cost analysis, and identify efficiencies without compromising quality.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies, brand standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Drive process improvements through procurement systems, automation, and reporting tools.
- Lead and develop the purchasing team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration.
- Act as the key liaison between suppliers, operational departments, and finance to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, proactively resolving issues such as delays, shortages, or compliance gaps.
- Champion sustainable sourcing practices and environmentally responsible alternatives in line with brand commitments.
