- Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders for all departments
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Follow up on pending orders and delayed deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods
- Assist in sourcing materials, supplies, and equipment at competitive prices
- Ensure all delivered items meet hotel specifications and departmental requirements
- Coordinate with Receiving and Stores departments regarding delivered items and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and maintaining minimum par stock levels
- Support monthly inventory and stock count activities as assigned
- Assist in conducting market surveys and obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers
- Maintain daily purchasing and receiving reports
- Coordinate with all departments regarding purchasing requirements and urgent requests
