Overview
The Piano Gallery seeks a Purchaser to manage procurement, supplier management, and inventory coordination.
The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers, managing the procurement cycle, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Candidates should have 5+ years of purchaser experience, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQs, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of purchaser experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
- UAE procurement experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
