Job Summary
Create high-quality visual content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events, branches and promotional activities.
Handle the full content production cycle independently, from planning and shooting through editing, post-production and platform-ready delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and produce photos and videos for social media, campaigns, events, performances, classes and promotions.
- Capture Reels, TikToks, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Photograph students, instructors, staff, events, performances, branches, products and promotional activities.
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms, adapting formats and aspect ratios.
- Perform video editing, colour correction, sound editing, transitions, captions and basic motion graphics.
- Retouch and enhance photographs while maintaining a natural and professional look.
- Develop creative concepts with the Marketing and Social Media teams.
- Organise digital assets and maintain photography and videography equipment.
- Assist with on-location shoots across branches, events and company activities.
- Stay current with social media trends, editing styles, formats and content trends.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines while managing multiple projects.
- Optimise final content for mobile and social media consumption.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in photography, videography and video editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, framing and audio.
- Good knowledge of colour grading, sound design, transitions, visual effects and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, microphones and other production equipment.
- Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital content formats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, teamwork, creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating short-form social media content is highly preferred.
- A degree or diploma in Photography, Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in education, entertainment, events, lifestyle, retail or creative industries is advantageous.
- Experience covering live events, performances or large-scale activations is a plus.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous because the role requires travel between locations.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
- The role may include on-location work across branches and at events.
