About the Role

- Coordinate and resolve issues with suppliers related to deliveries, quality, or other operational concerns
- Enquire about new items and obtain quotations based on requirements from the operations team
- Negotiate prices with suppliers based on market analysis and cost benchmarks
- Develop reports for inventory tracking across all outlets
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing waste, overstock, and stockouts
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities, achieve cost savings, and maintain quality and delivery standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and develop procurement plans accordingly
- Monitor and analyse market trends, supplier performance, and product quality to identify cost saving and process improvement opportunities
- Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely creation, issuance, and tracking of purchase orders
- Support general accounting operations, including journal entries and financial documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations and import/export procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities

Job Description
- The Purchase Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the procurement of food ingredients, beverages, equipment, and other operational supplies required for the F&B establishments.
- This role involves supervising the purchasing team, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost effective procurement while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with UAE regulations.
- The Purchase Supervisor also collaborates with other departments to support efficient operations and inventory management.
