Responsibilities
- Coordinate and resolve issues with suppliers regarding deliveries, quality, or other concerns from operations
- Enquire about new items and quotations based on requirements from the operation team
- Negotiate prices with suppliers based on market study
- Develop reports for inventory tracking for the shops
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve cost savings
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans
- Monitor and analyse market trends, supplier performance, and product satisfaction to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking
- Support general accounting operations, including journal entries and financial documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations and import/export procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities

Job Description
- The Purchase Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the procurement of food ingredients, beverages, equipment, and other operational supplies required for the F&B establishments.
- This role involves supervising the purchasing team, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost effective procurement while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating & clearing issues with suppliers regarding deliveries, quality or other concerns from operations.
