Job Summary
The Purchase Officer will manage procurement activities for assigned project sites.
The role includes purchase requisitions, supplier coordination, quotations, price comparisons, LPO processing, and credit applications.
The role provides timely procurement support while following company procedures and coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and the Purchase Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and process purchase requisitions for project sites.
- Coordinate with site teams on material requirements and specifications.
- Obtain supplier quotations and technical clarifications.
- Prepare and evaluate price comparisons.
- Review previous orders and current market rates.
- Process LPOs through the Epromis ERP system.
- Coordinate LPO approvals with the Purchase Manager.
- Coordinate with PMV and advisory teams for machinery requirements.
- Manage supplier credit applications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and follow up with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company procedures.
- Perform other purchasing duties assigned by the Purchase Manager.
Compensation
- The posting states pay of AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
