Responsibilities
- Establish an efficient filing and archiving system for physical documents.
- Upload digital documents to the ERP systems.
- Ensure documents are accurately categorized, coded, and filed in the correct order.
- Monitor the standardized document and drawing numbering system.
- Maintain internal company standards and expectations.
- Conduct document quality checks according to document control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience as a Site Document Controller with a main contractor.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate online document management systems; Aconex and other major software are preferred.
- Good communication and writing skills for formal project and technical letters.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Construction or contracting experience is preferred.
- Three years of document controller experience is preferred in the listed experience criteria.
- Two years of experience with document management software such as Aconex is preferred.
- Tagalog language ability is preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
