Job Summary
The Heavy Bus Driver transports construction workers safely between accommodation, work sites, camps, and designated locations.
The driver must hold a valid heavy bus license, know UAE roads, and follow safety and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport employees and workers safely to and from construction sites, camps, and other designated locations.
- Operate heavy buses according to UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, maintenance needs, and incidents promptly.
- Ensure passenger safety during boarding, travel, and unloading.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition and follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Maintain trip, mileage, fuel, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, transport coordinators, and safety personnel.
- Follow HSE requirements and respond calmly to emergencies.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License.
- Two to three years of heavy bus driving experience.
- Worker or staff transportation experience is preferred, especially in construction or contracting.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good driving record, safe driving habits, physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Pay
- AED 2,200 to AED 2,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
