- Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, and delivery schedules
- Assist in vendor coordination and basic price comparisons
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in MEP/material purchasing coordination
- Basic knowledge of MEP materials and procurement processes
- Experience in RFQ preparation, follow ups, and delivery tracking
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
