Job Summary
Manage all government-related processes, ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all government-related transactions and approvals.
- Process employment visas, work permits, residency permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Ensure company licenses, permits, and registrations are renewed on time.
- Monitor changes in government laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, and legalization processes.
- Support HR and management with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of visas, labor cards, licenses, and official company documents.
- Handle government inspections and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding government-related matters.
- Resolve complex government and employee documentation issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO/Government Relations Officer.
- Extensive experience with labor, immigration, and licensing procedures.
