Role Overview
The MEP, LV and ELV Technician is responsible for testing, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of critical building infrastructure.
The role covers MEP systems, power distribution, generators, BMS, access control, and CCTV surveillance.
The role includes designing preventive maintenance tasks and supervising maintenance activities across multiple sites around the country.
MEP and Power Systems
- Install, test, and commission MEP systems according to approved construction drawings and project specifications.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LV switchgear including ACBs, MCCBs, busbars, and protection relays.
- Test and maintain diesel generators, ATS, synchronization systems, and cyclic-duty changeover panels.
- Troubleshoot, wire, and modify electrical control panels, HVAC control panels, and distribution boards.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical circuits, HVAC units, pumps, and generators.
- Interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
BMS and Automation
- Configure and commission BMS hardware and software for energy efficiency, building management, and climate control.
