Role Overview
Network Engineering Officer role supporting administration, installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network systems and infrastructure across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.
- Monitor network systems and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
- Provide technical support for network equipment, computers, and peripherals.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and manuals.
- Support network recovery and reconfiguration activities.
- Guide and support technical staff when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT Networking or equivalent with no experience required, or diploma in IT Networking or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good communication and English language skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
