Job Summary
Manage government-related processes, company compliance, and relationships with government authorities.
The role requires extensive experience in visa processing, labor and immigration procedures, licensing, document clearance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage government-related transactions and approvals.
- Process employment visas, work permits, residency permits, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Liaise with MOHRE, immigration, municipality, chamber of commerce, economic development, free zone, and other government authorities.
- Renew company licenses, permits, and registrations on time.
- Monitor changes in government laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, and legalization.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding with HR and management.
- Maintain records of visas, labor cards, licenses, and official company documents.
- Handle government inspections and legal compliance.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
- Resolve government and employee documentation issues.
