Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of a coffee shop in Abu Dhabi.
Lead the food and beverage operation with a focus on customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
The role requires experience in coffee-shop or casual-dining environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintain high food, beverage, and customer-service standards.
- Lead, train, motivate, and coach the team to deliver strong guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate supplier and vendor deliveries for quality and timeliness.
- Manage budgets, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
Requirements
- At least five years of proven experience as an operations manager or coffee-shop manager.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, especially coffee-focused service.
