- Develop and implement the overall PR and communications strategy
- Build and manage the PR function from the ground up, including defining processes, tools and future team structure
- Lead media relations and build strong relationships with key regional and industry publications
- Manage corporate reputation, brand positioning and external communications
- Create and execute PR campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
- Develop press releases, key messaging, executive communications and media materials
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, partnerships and brand storytelling
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align communications objectives
- Monitor PR performance, coverage and industry trends
- Support crisis communications planning and reputation management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior PR role, ideally as a PR Manager, Head of PR or Communications Lead
- Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and executing PR strategies across the GCC market
- Comfortable working independently as the first PR hire within a business
- A builder mentality someone who enjoys creating structure, processes and teams from scratch
- Strong media relationships and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker who is also happy being hands on when required
- Strong understanding of corporate communications, brand reputation and storytelling

Head of PR Dubai
- Our client is looking for an experienced Head of PR to join their business as the first dedicated hire within their PR function.
- This is a unique opportunity for someone who is not only a strong PR leader, but also enjoys building from the ground up and creating a best in class communications function.
Key Responsibilities
