About the Role

  • Seeking an organized, relationship driven, and commercially savvy Provider Manager to oversee, scale, and optimize ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Operational and strategic owner of a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 ISV providers, with high touch focus on top 20 strategic partners.
  • Primary mission: ensure provider catalog remains current, maximize visibility and accuracy of listings, run governance frameworks including QBRs, and drive joint growth through MDF.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Maintain administrative and operational health for a portfolio of ~100 ISV providers, ensuring profiles and compliance records are up to date.
  • Dedicate targeted oversight to top 20 revenue generating ISV partners, building strong working relationships.
  • Structure, schedule, and lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top 20 ISVs.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on how ISV portfolio fits into the broader channel ecosystem.
  • Work with strategic ISVs to secure updated sales training, pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and technical cheat sheets.
  • Act as ultimate internal point of escalation for operational issues, complex provisioning errors, or critical support tickets.
  • Manage end to end rollout workflow for new ISV software listings, application updates, or promotional discounts.
  • Collaborate with eligible ISVs to secure, track, and deploy Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Partner with internal Growth Marketing teams to convert vendor MDF into high impact pipeline activities.
  • Ensure all co marketing initiatives meet vendor brand standards and proof of performance compliance rules.

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years of direct experience managing vendor relationships, channel partnerships, or digital marketplace ecosystems in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the indirect technology channel (e.g., TSDs, Master Agents, MSPs, and Channel Advisors).
  • Prior experience with subscription commerce platforms, with strong preference for hands on experience with AppDirect platform.
  • Proven experience managing partner marketing programs, handling MDF allocations, tracking co marketing budgets, and verifying campaign ROI.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize time effectively, transitioning between daily operational hygiene and high touch strategic accounts.
  • Stellar presentation skills; ability to lead a QBR with a vendor, troubleshoot catalog layout, and pitch a new ISV promo.
