Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Real estate or property investment experience is an advantage.
