About Xceed Real Estate

Our **Secondary Sales Team** is expanding, and we're looking for motivated agents to join our high-energy, results-driven environment.

Position Overview

We are hiring **experienced Real Estate Agents focused on Dubai’s secondary market** (ready properties – sales & leasing).

This is a **commission-only role** which is **Upto 70% commission,** designed for agents who want to maximize their earnings and operate with independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle buying, selling, and leasing of **ready properties** in the Dubai secondary market.
  • Prospect for leads, list new properties, and conduct viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, communities, and market trends.
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with all RERA and legal documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **secondary market real estate** in Dubai.
  • Proven sales track record in closing secondary property deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • UAE driving license and car preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
