Role overview
The Property Consultant is a full-time, onsite role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages and grows a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
The consultant works with clients through property selection, investment decisions, buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Role responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Support clients throughout buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Prepare and present property proposals, negotiate offers, and complete documentation and regulatory requirements accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with listing, leasing, marketing, and mortgage services teams.
- Maintain knowledge of local real estate regulations, developers' projects, and new market opportunities in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills for property selection, investment options, and market positioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven customer service skills focused on long-term relationships and managing client expectations.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and working toward targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and local UAE real estate regulations, ideally including Abu Dhabi.
- Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or consulting is required; previous work with developers or brokerage firms is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and standard office software.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and attend client meetings, property viewings, and events as required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are an asset.
