Leasing Operations

• Manage lease negotiations, prepare and review lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins and renewals.
• Lead and support the leasing team.
• Conduct property viewings and respond to prospective and current resident inquiries.
• Maintain accurate leasing and tenant records.

Strategy and Collaboration

• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to pricing and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to support resident retention.
• Report on leasing performance and support continuous improvement of leasing processes and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease documents.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze real estate trends for pricing, marketing, and occupancy strategies.
• Experience in property management operations, including coordination with maintenance, facilities, and finance teams.
• Demonstrated focus on resident retention, relationship management, and high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in leasing or real estate management is ideally within residential or commercial properties in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with property management or CRM software and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
