Property Shop Investment LLC is a private real estate company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and established in 2007.

The company provides brokerage, development and consultancy, marketing, investment advisory, appraisal, and property and facility management services.

PSI operates offices across Abu Dhabi and Dubai and international branches in Germany and the Netherlands.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for an Experienced Luxury Off Plan Specialist.

The specialist sells luxury off-plan properties, manages client portfolios, and guides clients from initial consultation through closing.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property presentations, and arrange site visits.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new projects, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and review sales documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or off-plan property brokerage, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills for high-net-worth and international clients.
  • Excellent English communication and fluency in at least one of Russian, Arabic, or British-accent English.
  • Solid understanding of real estate investment principles, market analysis, and off-plan project structures.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate with internal teams, and meet performance targets.
  • Professional presentation, high integrity, and commitment to a hassle-free client experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office or similar tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Workplace

  • The role is full-time and on-site in Abu Dhabi.
