This full-time, on-site Commission-based Premium Off Plan Specialist role is located in Abu Dhabi.

The specialist will focus on selling premium off-plan properties, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and providing expert guidance on project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property presentations, managing inquiries, following up leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

The role involves close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and listing teams to ensure accurate property information, timely updates, and alignment with overall business targets.

The specialist is expected to communicate effectively in English and at least one of British-accent English, Russian, or Arabic, and deliver a professional, seamless customer experience in line with PSI standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, manage expectations, and provide a high-quality real estate experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Training abilities to convert leads, conduct property presentations, and continuously improve sales techniques.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic digital tools to track leads, prepare reports, and manage client and project data effectively.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan or premium properties, within the UAE market or similar environments.
• Fluency in English and one or more of Russian or Arabic, with the ability to communicate clearly with international and local clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset and comfort working on a commission-based structure.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate regulations, market trends, and developer offerings is highly beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
