Full-time, on-site Luxury Real Estate Executive role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
The role is open to freshers and experienced real estate agents.
The position focuses on high-end residential and commercial property sales and leasing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties.
- Prospect, generate leads, conduct property viewings, and present investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and prepare documentation in line with UAE regulations and company processes.
- Coordinate with marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage teams.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to advise clients and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Basic to advanced finance skills related to property transactions, ROI analysis, and mortgage or investment comparisons.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- High professionalism, ethics, integrity, and a confident presentation suitable for the luxury market.
- Previous real estate or sales experience is advantageous, while motivated freshers are considered.
- Additional languages, especially Arabic, are advantageous.
