Role Overview
Future Homes Real Estate is seeking a Property Advisor for its Dubai real estate team.
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Build relationships with owners, buyers, tenants, and investors in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals.
- Build a network of owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and answer client inquiries.
- Identify properties matching client preferences, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Promote properties through Property Finder, Dubizzle, social media, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate property listings and follow up with leads.
- Convert leads into transactions and negotiate prices and terms.
- Support clients through the full transaction process.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, owners, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends and meet sales targets.
- Handle transactions professionally and in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
