Property Advisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, social media, networking, referrals, and approved channels.
• Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets, then recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
• Build relationships with clients and property owners and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate prices and terms and assist clients throughout sales and rental transactions.
• Market properties through approved portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain current property listings and client information.
• Coordinate with administration and sales teams to support smooth transactions.
• Attend launches, meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, projects, prices, and developments.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and follow company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Previous Dubai or UAE real estate experience is preferred.
• Sales, customer service, business development, or related experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• Candidates should be confident, professional, self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Good command of English is required.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA certification, and a UAE driving license are advantageous.
• Freshers and fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
