Property Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties according to their requirements and budget.
• Develop and maintain a network of property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about available properties.
• Respond to client inquiries, leads, calls, messages, and online property inquiries.
• Identify suitable properties based on client preferences, budget, location, and investment objectives.
• Promote and market company properties through Property Finder, Dubizzle, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate property listings, including prices, availability, descriptions, photos, and property details.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Assist clients from initial inquiry and property viewing through closing.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, property owners, and internal team members to support transactions.
• Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, prices, developments, and trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai's property market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up effectively.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 500–1,000 per month.
